KIZZY APPAREL — TERMS OF SERVICE (B2B PRODUCTION ENVIRONMENT)

1. FORM OF OPERATION AND B2B STANDING
This website and all corresponding manufacturing structures are operated by Kizzy Dancewear Pty Ltd (ACN: 603 014 839). Throughout this ecosystem, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” explicitly refer to Kizzy. By accessing our platform, utilizing our infrastructure, or executing a manufacturing deposit, the user engages our services and agrees to be legally bound by these corporate Terms of Service. These Terms apply directly as a Business-to-Business (B2B) commercial framework governing trade with studio owners, entities, dance groups, and corporate buyers.

2. MILESTONE AUTHORIZATIONS & VARIATION PENALTIES
Custom industrial manufacturing execution depends on absolute stage progressions managed directly via the digital interface. Upon checking the digital confirmation element for a physical design configuration, textile composition, and crystal allocation, the project hits an immutable "Design Freeze". Any structural or material modification request submitted by the Client subsequent to Design Freeze is legally categorized as a Project Variation and will incur a mandatory Variation Surcharge plus the full cost of replacing pre-allocated raw resources.

3. ALGORITHMIC VERIFICATION PARAMETERS
To eliminate manual input friction, our intake workflow leverages an internal algorithmic verification tool (the "AI Measurement Audit") to cross-reference dimensions against standard physiological curves to flag clear input errors (e.g., disproportionate girth-to-height metrics). This tool functions strictly as an un-guaranteed quality-assurance buffer. The Client carries absolute, non-transferable civil and financial liability for the mathematical validity of all metrics locked in during entry. If a metric passes nominal algorithmic barriers but contains human entry errors, Kizzy accepts zero financial liability for fitting failures, movement restrictions, or textile modifications required post-production.

4. PRODUCTION SEQUENCING & FORCE MAJEURE
Kizzy’s professional 14-day delivery timeline is calculated exclusively from the date of final data authorization, complete measurement upload, and phase payment clearance. Any structural delays in data delivery by the Client automatically disrupt production prioritization slots. Kizzy is fully indemnified against delivery delays caused by global textile supply chain volatility, customs blockades, transport gridlocks, or power grid disruptions falling under standard Force Majeure parameters.
